Building Up & Sending Out Agents of Local Transformation

Women’s Prison Ministry

We believe God will raise up women from RFA Church to fulfill His Great Commission through spreading His Gospel to the incarcerated women of NCCIW’s minimum and maximum security prisons. We also serve women in transition programs and on parole or probation living in local transition homes. If you would like more information contact: Deborah Nash.

Men’s Prison Ministry

Men from RFA church visit inmates in Wake Correctional Center in order to build up relationships through bible discussion and fellowship. Our goal is to help men come to know and walk with Jesus Christ. For further information or to volunteer contact: Brian Dickerson.

One Day With God

Men from RFA church minister to Dads from the Wake County Correctional Center and their children. Men and women from RFA church minister to the children’s caregivers and also provide prayer support for the event. Our goal is to help Dads and children reconnect and reconcile with each other and with God. For further information or to volunteer contact Brian Dickerson.

Pardoned by God

The Pardoned by Christ Transitional House ministry provides support to exoffenders as they transition back to society. We are a Christ based, Holy Spirit led organization, that is called to offer men an opportunity to establish a sound foundation so they can become solid members of society. For more information or to volunteer contact: Mike Shank, Theo Walker or  Joe Doman.

Raleigh Dream Center

We exist to bring hope and restoration through the message of the Gospel for people in the Triangle area. Raleigh Dream Center is a Christian-based organization providing social services and community programs to homeless, abused and impoverished high risk youth, individuals and families. We partner with local churches to consistently provide resources to underprivileged communities and reach out to those individuals in substance abuse, physical abuse, experiencing homelessness, participating in gangs, or other circumstances.

Adopt-A-Block is a 2 hour event where we knock on doors, provide groceries for households, pick up trash, play with children, and have intentional Gospel conversations. It’s family friendly, so kids are welcome. Our Adopt-A-Block program provides over 4,500 pounds of groceries each month at no cost to under-resourced communities. We meet at 10:00 am every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.

RFKC

RFKC is a week long camp providing a life changing experience and positive memories for children aged seven to eleven years. Each year we need volunteers for both counselor and staff positions for the annual week long camp. The camp is held in a beautiful wooded NC facility which has air conditioned cabins, a small lake, swimming pool and gym.

To enquire about future volunteering please email the camp Directors Stephan & Joy or visit this website.
